02 / Why we exist
The established tools are good. They are also priced for contractors who run a lot of jobs and have someone whose job is compliance. If that is you, buy theirs — we mean it. If you run five to fifty jobs a year and the office manager does payroll on top of everything else, the math stops working.

Which states do you cover?
Washington only, today. One state, one format, done properly — L&I's XML schema. Other states use different systems and we will not pretend otherwise until we have built for them.
Do I have to change payroll software?
No. We read the export from what you already run. If your export is unusual, we map it once, by hand, at no charge.
Can you file it for me?
No, and nobody can. We asked L&I directly: the upload happens inside the portal, and the affirmation page at the end is what makes the record legal. Their words — doing it externally “would not meet the requirements”. So we hand you a valid file; the click and the signature stay yours.
What if I stop bidding public work?
Cancel any time. Month to month, no notice period, and every file we built for you stays yours to download.
